Excerpt. BAC4SHC has reached month 30 with a substantial evidence base on investor human capital, startup performance, innovation, gender and sustainability.
At month 30, BAC4SHC had completed 15 project outputs across its research, dissemination and management work packages. The results include four literature and research-agenda outputs, harmonised surveys of business angels and crowd investors, an integrated investor human-capital database, comparative analyses, a European startup-performance database and a dedicated sustainability study.
The project has also completed 45 person-months of secondments involving all three academic beneficiaries and a diverse group of academic and non-academic hosts. The exchanges supported data collection, database development, empirical analysis, scientific writing and the translation of findings for practitioners and policymakers.

The final project phase will build on these foundations through deeper econometric analysis, ESG and startup-disclosure tools, policy recommendations and further dissemination to academic and entrepreneurial-finance communities.
